We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is ready to help drive sales and motivate a team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Store Manager on merchandising, sales, and operations. Deliver excellent customer service by being knowledgeable about our product offerings. Assist in setting and communicating store metrics and expectations, covering areas such as sales, safety, and training. Participate in recruiting, training, and developing team members to enhance their skills. Stay updated on product knowledge and upcoming inventory. Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivated work environment. Help maintain a safe store for both employees and customers. Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Store Manager. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience; retail experience preferred. Demonstrated success in a retail or customer service setting. Understanding of inventory management and merchandising best practices. Strong ability to train, coach, and inspire team members. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems. Ability to lift up to 25lbs. What's in it for you?
