Retail Assistant Supervisor Assistant Supervisor The role involves overseeing retail and/or production activities to ensure goals are met in production and sales. It requires enforcing Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures uniformly and cross-training in all aspects of Goodwill. Duties include assisting with staff meetings, demonstrating superior guest service, ensuring cash register procedures are followed, and managing inventory control. Requirements include availability to work evenings and weekends, physical capabilities to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for extended periods, and tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity. All positions require a background check.
