The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, and store maintenance. Primary responsibilities include managing payroll budgets, demonstrating exceptional service, ensuring store standards, maintaining the front-end, ensuring associate productivity, performing team leader functions, and assisting with hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of retail management experience, schedule flexibility, and a valid driver's license. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
