The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, and store maintenance. Primary responsibilities include assisting with managing payroll budgets, expenses, and store banking, demonstrating exceptional associate and customer service, ensuring store standards and company programs meet operational expectations, and performing all team leader functions to open and close the store.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1-2 years' retail management experience, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver's license. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

This pay represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Actual associate pay will be based on work location, position, experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Ollie's is an equal opportunity employer.
