The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, and store maintenance. Primary responsibilities include managing payroll budgets, expenses, and store banking, ensuring store standards and company programs meet operational expectations, maintaining the front-end of the building, ensuring associates are provided daily tasks, performing all team leader functions, and assisting with hiring and onboarding.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1-2 years' retail management experience, schedule flexibility, and a valid driver's license. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

This pay represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade. Actual pay will be based on work location, experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Ollie's is an equal opportunity employer.
