Responsibilities Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best possible experience. Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritize customer experience. Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit. Build lasting relationships with customers by discussing product details, new arrivals, replenishment, and upcoming events. Stay informed about new and selling items and share insights with customers and the team. Lead day-to-day store operations in the Store Manager\'s absence and motivate the team to achieve sales goals in a team-based environment. Develop product knowledge across fashion and active-wear to better serve customers. Manage inventory needs and support business goals; assist with shipments and backroom processes as needed. Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock, and ensure store cleanliness and safety in opening/closing. Support punctuality, attendance, and adherence to role responsibilities. Qualifications Available for morning and/or evening shifts; 8-hour shifts; 5 days/week, with at least one weekend day. Proven leadership in punctuality and attendance; ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues. Customer service expert who creates experiences, builds relationships, and handles concerns proactively. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new procedures. Strong organizational and communication skills; high ownership and initiative; receptive to feedback. Compensation & Benefits Hourly range: $22/hr - $25/hr, plus team-pooled commission.
