Your Responsibilities Include: Leading your team to resolve customer issues and assist with transactions. Taking daily operational direction from the store leader. Setting clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the sales team. Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their customer service skills. Identifying skill gaps and implementing development plans to surpass sales metrics. Managing store operations by analyzing staffing needs and financial data. Monitoring inventory and maintaining store cleanliness and security. Ensuring compliance with merchandising standards and plans. Overseeing opening and closing activities of the store. Collaboratively working towards store performance targets. What We Are Looking For: A passion for sales and leading a motivated team. Proven experience in customer service, ideally in retail or sales. 1-2 years of leadership experience in a commission-based environment. A track record of meeting challenging sales goals. Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities. Basic hiring skills and experience assessing team performance. A high school diploma or GED. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during peak periods. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift ten pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods. Training Requirements: All Retail Assistant Managers must complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training within 2 weeks of starting.
