Retail Assistant Manager (Full-Time) As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play an essential role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations. Your leadership will guide and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring an outstanding customer experience that reflects our brand values. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance profitability by ensuring that customer engagement and merchandising meet company standards. Create incredible customer experiences by focusing on client engagement and team motivation. Work with the Store Manager to execute visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines. Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor. Assist in enforcing loss prevention and safety policies while adhering to company directives. Support various store operations, including training, customer service, and inventory management. Promote a culture of accountability and development within the team. Process sales and merchandise through the POS system effectively. Help select and hire qualified team members alongside the Store Manager. Demonstrate flexibility by taking on various responsibilities as needed. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills with a knack for coordinating people and resources. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
