Join our dynamic team as a Retail Assistant Manager! We are looking for a motivated individual to support store operations, enhance customer service, and cultivate team development. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily operations and store functions. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in a friendly manner. Overseeing the organization and transfer of merchandise from the delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor. Performing opening and closing procedures effectively. Implementing corporate directives and managing communications related to store activities. Maintaining the presentation of store displays and fixtures. Supporting merchandise ordering and handling records related to payroll, scheduling, and financial transactions. Ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including restocking and cleaning duties. Assisting in the professional development of Store Associates by providing supervision and training. Upholding a positive, safe, and respectful store environment. Required Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to interpret operational directives is essential. Prior experience in retail or store management is preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and engage in frequent physical activities. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
