Job Description

The Assistant Manager will take responsibility for the execution of the Associate General Manager and/or General Manager's strategy to drive operational excellence and deliver results through promotions, special events, and fan engagement. They will support building strong teams at their assigned retail location while providing coaching and performance management for all employees.

The Assistant Manager will report to the Associate General Manager and/or General Manager and work a rotating, full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, extended hours on game days and during events.

Physical Demands:

The salary for this position is between $61,000-$74,800 per year, in compliance with Minnesota's salary transparency requirements.
