As a Retail Appliance Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, helping shoppers find the perfect kitchen and laundry appliances to meet their needs. Our team is dedicated to providing the training necessary to become a knowledgeable expert on our diverse range of products, ensuring you can confidently share specifications, features, and benefits with customers. What You'll Do: Engage with customers in the appliances department to deliver an outstanding shopping experience, facilitate transactions, and drive sales growth. Keep up-to-date with the latest appliance technology trends and products through ongoing learning and professional development. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism to ensure satisfaction and a positive shopping experience. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, setting achievable deadlines while effectively managing your time. Maintain merchandising standards within the department to ensure readiness to serve customers. Train other sales personnel to excel in the appliances department. Basic Qualifications: 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands, or within custom design environments. 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
