Working Conditions:


Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting patients with their needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
•Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions, handling cash, credit, and insurance payments accurately.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment, ensuring product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
•Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to implement seasonal promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns, ensuring all product displays are compliant with regulatory standards.
•Assist with inventory management of retail products, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
•Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist with general administrative tasks to support pharmacy operations.
•Educate customers on over-the-counter products and services, demonstrating strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

•High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
•2+ years of experience in a customer-facing retail role, such as a cashier, sales associate, or customer service representative, preferably in drug stores, pharmacies, or gas stations.
•Proven strong customer service skills with a track record of positive customer interactions.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
•Basic computer skills; experience with retail software systems is a plus.
