Guest Experience Retail Ambassador & Polar Bear Performer

Join our dynamic team as a Guest Experience Retail Ambassador & Polar Bear Performer at the World of Coca-Cola in Las Vegas. In this unique, hybrid role, you will be the face and spirit of Coca-Cola, acting as both a Brand Ambassador and occasionally stepping into the role of the iconic Coca-Cola Polar Bear mascot. With shifts varying between 9:00 am and midnight, you will work up to 28 hours per week, engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences through retail interactions and live performances.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service to enhance the experience of over one million guests annually.
• Represent the Coca-Cola brand positively, interacting with guests both in costume and as a retail ambassador.
• Engage guests with detailed knowledge about Coca-Cola products, the company's history, and retail merchandise.
• Conduct live performances and participate in character meet-and-greets, presentations, and events as the Coca-Cola Polar Bear.
• Assist guests with navigating retail selections, and providing accurate information regarding Coca-Cola products.
• Manage sales transactions efficiently, including operating cash registers and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by proactively recognizing and reporting safety issues.
• Support marketing and event teams during after-hours events and special occasions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in customer service, retail, or the themed attraction industry.
• Previous experience as a live performer, mascot, or in cheer/dance is advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to perform in a 75-pound mascot costume, stand or walk for prolonged periods, and lift to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in diverse environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures.
• Proficient in handling cash and providing excellent customer service.
