Responsibilities Provides outstanding service to all customers Confidently answers direct retail customer inquiries Creatively works with the customers and dealers to resolve service issues Directs retail customers to service locations Has general knowledge of the product and is able to find appropriate resources Identifies the root causes of customer issues and provides assurance of corrective action Follows up with the customer to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction Professionally and calmly De-escalates emotional customers Competencies and qualifications Positive attitude Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Strong communication skills Organization and time-management Attention to detail and accuracy Initiative Critical-thinking Decision making Personal accountability Problem solving Typing 35 or more words per minute Basic knowledge of windows-based programs.
