What We Offer: Comprehensive Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life) Key Responsibilities: Support CORE Management's objectives Maintain Authorizations within the Retail database Pull and analyze reports from the Retail database Ensure accurate posting and maintenance of files on the CORE Connects website Collaborate directly with Retail Sales Associates to meet Management's goals Manage various trackers within CORE on the Connects website Assist with printing and collating mailings for Retail Sales Associates as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of experience in administrative or retail environments; sales and marketing experience is a plus Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Access Thorough understanding of retail reporting systems, including data entry and report generation Strong communication skills with the ability to manage professional interactions with associates, clients, and customers Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced work environment A team player focused on collaborative success Commitment to safety practices and proper equipment usage Work Environment: This position requires a predominantly office-based environment, with tasks that may involve sitting for extended periods and occasional light lifting (up to 10 pounds).
