The JOB:
As the Retail Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Retail Manager as well as the VP of Retail. Our retail outlet, Mercado, offers a wide variety of choices with everything from clothing and home goods to a market featuring grab-and-go foods plus local wines and beers. The Retail Administrative Assistant will assist with ordering, receiving goods, processing invoices, inventory, report generation and other administrative tasks. This is a highly visible role in which you will have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!

Requirements
- Previous merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proven experience in administrative support,preferably in retail or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends,nights and holidays if needed.
