Essential Functions of the Retail Account Manager:
Engage proactively with customers within the AT&T retail environment, initiating friendly conversations and building immediate rapport.
Receive comprehensive, hands-on training in AT&T's full suite of products and services, including wireless, internet, TV, and accessories.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of AT&T's offerings to potential customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored AT&T solutions, guiding them through the sales process with expertise and integrity.
Assist customers with new account activations, upgrades, and service inquiries, ensuring a smooth and accurate enrollment process.
Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales goals and other key performance indicators set for customer acquisition.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of AT&T promotions, competitive offers, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Provide exceptional post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term loyalty.
Collaborate effectively with team members and management, contributing to a positive and high-energy retail atmosphere.
Participate actively in daily training sessions and team meetings, continually developing sales and account management skills.
