Experience as a practitioner with a national retailer or a large consultancy serving retail clients is a plus. Proven record of exceeding sales targets with measurable achievements. Experience selling a broad range of solutions: digital, AI/data/analytics, software/SaaS, security, and hardware. Skilled in developing impactful sales strategies tailored to retail executives, leveraging diverse offerings. Strong relationship-building skills across organizational levels, both within client environments and the employer organization. Proficient in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Comfortable navigating large, matrixed organizations and startup-like environments with change and ambiguity. Excellent oral and written communication skills: clear, persuasive, and attentive listening. Capable of strategic and tactical planning to achieve objectives consistently.
