Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greeting and seating guests, assisting with special requests Taking and inputting orders accurately Serving food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation Knowing the menu thoroughly, offering recommendations Upselling items to enhance the guest experience Maintaining cleanliness and resetting tables Engaging with guests and addressing concerns Processing payments accurately Collaborating with team members Adhering to sanitation and safety standards Assisting with special events and catering Qualifications High school diploma or related experience preferred. Certification in alcohol awareness and hospitality practices is a plus. Must provide friendly guest service and follow proper food handling and serving guidelines. Physical Requirements Extended standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to various environmental conditions.
