YOUR ROLE | THE OPPORTUNITY AWAITS As a Community Leader (often referred to as a General Manager), you will spearhead overall store operations while shaping the guest and team member experience. Leveraging your restaurant leadership expertise, you will oversee the financial and operational performance of the store. With our mission at the forefront, you will develop innovative strategies to engage with the local community and attract new guests. Your primary focus will be on cultivating an exceptional team, ensuring a consistent experience for our guests, and fostering an environment where positive outcomes flourish. Plus, there’s no need to worry about night shifts as we close after lunch! WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE At least 2 years of successful management experience in the restaurant industry.
A strong passion for leadership and dedication to hospitality.
A valid driver's license.
