The Restaurant Operations Manager is a key leadership role overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, with a focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. Reporting to the District Manager, you will manage a dedicated team that includes an Assistant Manager, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members, totaling between 20 to 45 employees. Key Responsibilities Profitability Oversee the restaurant's financial performance, with a primary responsibility for the P&L. Analyze key financial indicators to drive profitability within the restaurant. Boost sales through outstanding guest service, effective people management, and streamlined operations. Guest Experience Encourage the team to provide exceptional, quick, and friendly service in a clean restaurant environment. Manage the guest experience and promptly address any guest-related issues. Utilize guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions. Connect with the local community and implement marketing initiatives to attract guests. Team Leadership Lead the recruitment process to build a strong and dedicated restaurant team. On-board and train new team members, ensuring they complete the certification process. Motivate the team through recognition programs and coaching. Foster development by providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Operational Management Optimize labor management through effective staffing and scheduling. Ensure compliance with all regulations, employment laws, and company policies. Maintain operational standards and uphold brand integrity at all times. *Step in to perform Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator duties when necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of P&L management and the factors that influence profitability. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet goals and deadlines. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Solid understanding of guest service fundamentals. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
