This role is key to embodying the 'Live Ms' philosophy within the Taco Bell team and requires a strong leader capable of motivating a dynamic team. You will oversee the restaurant's operations and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Manage Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily activities while fostering a positive atmosphere. Motivate, Coach, and Correct Team Members: Inspire your team to provide outstanding service and products, embodying the 'Live Ms' spirit. Ensure Excellent Customer Service: Make certain that each guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
