Hiring & Training: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff development to build a high-performing team. Guest Experience: Be present on the floor, interact with guests, and address service concerns to ensure satisfaction. Operational Excellence: Monitor food quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health department regulations. Labor & Scheduling: Help manage labor targets and adjust schedules based on business needs. Meetings & Communication: Lead pre-shift meetings and team training sessions to maintain alignment and boost morale. Position Qualifications: At least 1 year of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with POS, scheduling, and reservation systems (Toast and/or Dolce a plus!) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Passion for food, hospitality, and creating great guest experiences Physically able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
