Job Description: We are seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-casual restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining an excellent work environment through organization, training, customer satisfaction, and commitment to our values.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting wage: $25/hr
  • Advancement opportunities
  • Health insurance offered after 90 days of employment
  • Vacation time available after 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage daily store operations
  • Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork among staff
  • Interview, hire, train, and motivate store employees
  • Manage inventory and control costs
  • Handle budgets, P&L, and payroll
  • Create a positive work environment to enhance guest experience
  • Safely and efficiently operate all assigned equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
  • Effective communication and people relations skills
  • Supervisory and team-building abilities
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of general business practices including sales forecasting and financial management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of restaurant experience
  • 2 years in a food management or equivalent level position
  • Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
