Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
• Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
• Create and maintain a food and beverage budget

Qualifications:
