About the Role:
The Restaurant General Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success and profitability of the establishment. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality. The General Manager will implement strategic initiatives to enhance the dining experience and drive revenue growth. Additionally, they will be tasked with budgeting, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Ultimately, the goal is to create a welcoming environment that fosters repeat business and positive reviews from guests.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.

- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
