What Were Looking For

• Required:Active Food Handlers Card.
• Proven experience in high-volume restaurant management.
• Strong executive leadership and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• A positive, approachable personality with excellent multitasking capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, including equal employment, civil rights, OSHA, wage and hour laws, and labor relations.

Your Role as General Manager

As the General Manager, youll oversee all aspects of our restaurants operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the restaurant, dining room, and event spaces.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
• Reviewing and administering POS systems and sales reports.
• Supervising and supporting floor hosts during dinner service.
• Implementing floor logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining readiness standards.
• Communicating effectively with corporate management and ownership.
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Creating work schedules aligned with business trends and labor cost goals.
• Leading pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, assignments, and key updates.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training a well-organized and motivated team.
• Overseeing and ensuring completion of all closing duties and processes.
