Pay: $59k-$71k/yr with up to 25% Monthly Bonus Potential

Store Manager Responsibilities:

Oversees all daily store operations, ensuring goals for development, food quality, safety, speed, and labor are consistently achieved.

Delivers consistent operations, guest satisfaction, and achievement of company standards

Identifies emerging leaders, creates personalized development plans for their career growth, and offers constructive feedback to support individual and Team development.

Works closely with District Manager to align on team development, operational goals, and district-level objectives.

Provides exceptional guest experience with both walk-up and drive-thru orders

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older

5+ years of management in the restaurant or an equivalent industry, with at least 2 years as a General Manager

Fast-food, QSR, or drive-thru experience preferred

Proven track record of achieving results through collaborative leadership and a strong commitment to team success

Strong sense of urgency and excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Previous manager training experience, New Store Opening experience a plus

Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed
