Summary:
The Restaurant Cook will help run the kitchen, be part of the team, and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and hotel standards Understand and prepare a variety of dishes Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards Monitor incoming food product to ensure quality Condense and refill as needed Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddles Requirements
