Job Position Details: As an Assistant General Manager, your mission will be to drive operational excellence, financial success, and team development, ensuring Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill delivers exceptional dining experiences by efficiently managing operations, maximizing profitability, and fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
Location: Lehi, Utah Salary Range: $50K to $60K annually depending upon experience
Results to be Generated: Achieve operational excellence through efficient management of day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to quality standards. Drive financial success by optimizing revenue, managing costs, and maximizing profitability. Foster team development and engagement by recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring employee satisfaction and growth. Skills, Attributes, and Responsibilities: Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards achieving common goals. Strong operational management abilities, including inventory control, food safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Financial acumen to analyze financial data, make data-driven decisions, and drive profitability. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and corporate stakeholders. Team building and development experience to recruit, train, and develop a talented workforce. Responsible for overall operational management, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
