Responsibilities:

* Provide the highest-quality customer service to our guests * Enthusiastic & comprehensive knowledge of menu items * Collaborate, act as a team-player, and provide support as a key role on the management team * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Set a positive example and maintain optimism for all staff, employees, and guests

Requirements:

* Restaurant management experience required * Multi-unit experience (preferred) * Steady employment track record * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Work with a diverse group of dedicated staff * Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills * Physical requirements : ability to stand for prolonged periods, walking, bending, stretching, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) * Availability to work various schedules/shifts (includes nights and weekends)
