The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong operational knowledge, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Lead and motivate staff to maintain high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Support hiring, training, and development of team members to foster a positive and productive work environment. Monitor and manage labor, food, and beverage costs to meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Handle guest concerns and feedback professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain proper stock levels and control waste. Ensure proper execution of promotions, events, and seasonal menu offerings. Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of the General Manager. Qualifications: 2–4 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced, full-service or casual dining environment. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and thrive under pressure. Knowledge of restaurant financials including P&L, labor, and inventory management. Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe and/or alcohol safety certification preferred.
