Responsibilities include merchandise, stock, and providing excellent guest service while selling our Premium Chocolate line. Previous retail experience is desirable. Must be high energy, reliable, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work all shifts including nights and weekends. To maintain the brand image and equity by representing the company correctly. Tasks include cashiering, candy making, stocking merchandise, pre-packing, and fountain duties. Qualifications include: Providing exceptional guest service Managing cash handling and credit card processing efficiently Assembling retail items per guidelines Maintaining adequate stock levels Ensuring proper pricing and signage Keeping the sales floor and products clean and well-arranged Having detailed product knowledge Using product knowledge to assist guests and upsell Gift-wrapping items as needed Following food safety guidelines and maintaining cleanliness Stocking fountain and condiment supplies Keeping the stockroom organized Cleaning windows, mirrors, and guest/employee facilities Setting up and breaking down fountain area Replenishing toppings and fountain items Maintaining ice cream flavors and fountain products Working as a topper or scooper as needed Performing semi-table service to enhance guest satisfaction Maintaining candy making equipment and recipes
