What You'll Do

Provide outstanding support to existing clients, handling policy changes, billing, and coverage questions. Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat to ensure a top-tier client experience. Utilize technology and tools to process transactions quickly and accurately. Problem-solve and think on your feet to deliver solutions that fit clients' needs. Work independently to meet performance goals and maintain a high standard of service. Identify gaps in coverage to refer and/or cross sell to meet clients' needs What We're Looking For Active P&C Insurance License (required). Previous experience in licensed insurance customer service. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a private workspace. A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong tech-savvy skills and comfort working with multiple systems. Solid knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and processes.
