In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, professional manner.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and product-related questions efficiently and with empathy.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records.
Provide customers with detailed product information, helping them make informed decisions.
Maintain a positive and friendly tone, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.
