Remittance Operations Manager - 2nd Shift

Manages operational activities including priorities through supervisors. Ensures maximum processing to meet legal and contractual obligations.
Leadership: Provide leadership by establishing solid relationships with the team, setting clear expectations, motivating and training employees for proficiency and growth opportunities.
Process Management: Maximize operational efficiency by using defined metrics to improve operational performance and effectively monitor results.
Development/Mentorship: Leverage employee talents by increasing strengths to promote optimal operational efficiencies. Create bench strength for growth within Operation.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries regarding customer issues/requests for information; participate in customer meetings and tours; ensure client SLAs are met/exceeded.
Financials: Understand site financial goals and actively monitor controllable expenses; track OT and supplies spending to meet site goals.
Compliance: Inspect processes to ensure compliance in all aspects including regulatory requirements as well as customer requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors in Business and Finance and 5 years experience or HS/GED and 9 years experience in manufacturing.
Management experience. Workflow and remittance processing knowledge. Computer skills.
Experience dealing with financials, salaries, budgets and cost control. Experience with continuous improvement and/or Lean Six Sigma experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
4+ years of management experience
4+ years of manufacturing experience
5+ years of PC experience
3+ years of remittance experience
2+ years of financial experience to include salaries and budgeting
1+ year of workflow experience
2+ years of Quality experience
1+ year of Continuous Improvement and/or Lean Six Sigma experience
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
