Job Duties Prepares portions and garnishes hot and cold foods. Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations. Provides Family Style Service at all times. Must have knowledge of proper food storage and food handling. May perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma preferred; education in culinary arts preferred. Minimum of two years experience as a cook in a full service restaurant required. Must have good communication skills. Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the Department Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures. $27.00 Per Hour
