News best hospital, Visa Sponsorship Qualifications:~ Associate's Degree (ADN) or above in nursing~ Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license~1+ year experience in a mother-baby, postpartum, or labor and delivery setting preferred~ BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications from the American Heart Association~ Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathetic patient and family-centered care~ Proficiency in electronic medical record systems Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during the postpartum period, monitoring both patients for signs of complicationsAdminister medications as prescribed and perform routine assessments of both maternal and newborn vital signsProvide emotional support xmvmafu and education to new mothers, focusing on: safe, effective infant care, breastfeeding, and self-care post-delivery, while empowering them to care for themselves and their newbornsCollaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and holistic care during and after hospital stayAccurately document maternal and newborn assessments, interventions, and outcomes in line with hospital policies and proceduresBenefits:~ Healthcare coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision~401K~ Paid Time Off~ Tuition Assistance Salary: $61,860 to $111,200 /year
