An onsite Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for a part-time role supporting a school setting in the Oakhurst, California area, near Fresno. This position offers an opportunity to provide vital nursing care to students within the educational environment, collaborating closely with staff and families to promote student health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to students, including medication administration, health assessments, and emergency care.
• Develop and implement individualized health plans in coordination with school personnel and healthcare providers.
• Monitor student health records and update documentation as required.
• Provide health education and support wellness initiatives within the school.
• Respond promptly to health emergencies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Previous experience working as a school nurse or in a pediatric care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Location and Schedule:

• Position based onsite in Oakhurst, CA (close to Fresno).
• Contract opportunity with part-time hours, approximately 16 hours per week over 2 days.
