Join an award-winning team that values you and offers opportunities to grow your career while making a meaningful impact.Our RN Treatment Nurses support resident health through specialized wound care and infection prevention, while embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” In this role, you will assess, treat, and monitor wounds, implement care plans, and partner with the interdisciplinary team to promote healing and prevent complications. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting care partners through guidance and accountability to uphold high standards of care and resident satisfaction.Shifts Available:Part-Time - Saturday and Sunday Day Shift:6:45 AM - 3:15 PMPay range:$42.50 - $54.37 hr depending on experience.A day in the life may include:Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythmPerforming comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessmentsInitiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident careDeveloping assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfactionTo be successful in the role, you would have:Current RN license in the state for which applyingCurrent CPR certificationPrior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferredPrior Wound Care and Infection Prevention experience a plusWhat‘s in it for you?As oneof the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in the country, we are more than just a place to work.
