Required: Education: Associate's degree in Nursing required. Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. American Heart Association BLS required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire. ACLS and NIHSS required within orientation period.
