About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for its retail vertical. The successful candidate will be a key business partner, responsible for the commercial and operational capabilities within the defined area. This leadership role involves developing and executing a growth strategy, managing P&L, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services. The Regional Vice President will also be tasked with driving both organic and non-organic growth, leading a distributed workforce, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management, with a specific requirement for a background in providing janitorial services to retail accounts. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing a P&L of $30M or more, and at least 10 years of people leadership experience, including the management of a diverse and distributed workforce. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of operational excellence tools, be adept at vendor and contract management, and have a strong understanding of creating value and driving cash flow. An entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to drive operational initiatives, and a hands-on approach to ensuring positive results are essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
