We help clients define what's possible and what's next for their retirement plans.****Hiring for several territories and must live in assigned territory****NorCal, Nevada (must reside in San Francisco Bay area)Florida (must reside in Florida)Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska (must reside in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska)PURPOSE OF POSITIONThe Regional Sales Director is responsible for wholesaling Definiti retirement plan services in assigned territory. Create new financial advisor relationships that will ultimately sell Definiti retirement solutions - including traditional Defined Contribution/Defined Benefit administration TPA services (including Cash Balance as well as Actuarial), 3(16) services, pension outsourcing, and full-scope retirement consulting. These solutions will be sold through all financial intermediaries that reside in assigned territory - across all plan size markets. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will reside in the assigned territory.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWholesale Definiti retirement solutions in assigned regionDevelop new financial advisor relationships that will generate proposals and sales in assigned regionObtain sales goal in assigned territory by prospecting new clientsMaintain a network of advisors, consultants, platform wholesalers, DCIO partners, and other retirement service-focused professionalsFoster plan sponsor relationships through direct meetings with key contacts and partnersManage travel, entertainment, and distribution partnership budgets where necessaryManage a territory of targeted relationshipsMaintain appropriate data to analyze challenges, success, and opportunitiesPartner with leadership to create and implement strategies for accelerated growth RequirementsCOMPETENCIES REQUIREDTerritory Management: Strategically plan and prioritize accounts, allocate time effectively, and ensure consistent coverage across the territoryPipeline Building: Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and leveraging marketing support to create a strong and sustainable sales funnelRelationship Building: Develop intermediary relationships, such as Financial Advisors, Benefit Brokers, CPAs, etc. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skillsEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree preferredFive years of proven sales experience with minimum two to three years in the retirement or financial services space.Ability to manage a region with established advisor connections in that region.
