The Role:
The Regional General Manager – Sales will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, mentoring sales teams, building client relationships, and identifying business expansion opportunities.

Success in this role will be measured by meeting revenue targets, team performance, and market expansion efforts. This role offers significant cross-functional collaboration with the executive leadership, operations, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to optimize performance.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic adjustments.

  • Oversee and participate in major contract negotiations and deal closures.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and operational teams to drive initiatives.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • 7+ years of proven sales leadership experience, ideally in commercial construction or restoration industries.

  • Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to interpret market data and apply insights to sales strategies.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Salary:

  • Base salary of approximately $130,000+, dependent on experience (DOE).

  • Total compensation up to $155,000+.

  • Additional allowances include a $300 monthly auto allowance and a $200 monthly non-compete payment.

  • Phoenix, Arizona – In-office leadership role with regional travel expectations.
