Salary and benefits: The salary range for this position is $110,000 to 120,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.
