Position Description We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Solo Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. Your potential earnings are impressive: Average pay of $1,800 per week Pay is issued weekly Pay structure: $0.67 per mile with an estimated 2,000 miles per week Bonus for Stops: $25.50 for each of the 12 stops per week Per Diem: $60.00 per night for 1-3 nights per week Paid Training is provided Schedule: Off on Wednesdays and Sundays Start times may vary Join a company that prioritizes transparency and ensures you have all the relevant information from the start. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Pass a Ryder Drug Test Undergo a comprehensive background check, including drug and alcohol verification for the last three years Pass a DOT physical examination Complete a Ryder road test Hold a valid Class A CDL with necessary endorsements At least 9 months of experience in a tractor-trailer or similar vehicle within the past three years, OR 2 years within the last five years, OR 5 years within the last ten years Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Capability to interpret and comply with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures Responsibilities Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines Identify and mitigate safety hazards Maintain detailed records and logs Assist in loading and unloading freight as required Complete other assigned duties Ryder is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
