We are on the hunt for a charismatic and energetic Fine Dining Server to become an integral part of our Regency Room Team. Dinner shift starts at 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm / 11:00 pm depending on closing duties Responsibilities As a Restaurant Server, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include: Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Recommending menu items and answering guest inquiries about food and beverages. Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely and organized manner. Ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience by providing attentive and personalized service. Anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, including refilling drinks, clearing dishes, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Collaborating seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and timely. Handling guest payments and processing transactions accurately. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including setting and resetting tables. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous full-service restaurant service experience is required. Fine dining experience is a plus. Team player mindset, able to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
