About the Role:
TrueCut Insurance LLC is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative . This hybrid role combines front-desk responsibilities with phone and email-based customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—whether they walk in, call, or email—and play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients in a friendly, professional manner
Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate team members
Process customer payments and provide basic support with policy information
Monitor and manage the help mailbox, assisting customers via email and ensuring their requests are processed in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1+ year of phone-based customer service or front desk experience
Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
Professional, welcoming demeanor with a team-oriented attitude
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the insurance industry or professional office setting
Familiarity with Property & Casualty insurance policies is a plus
