Description: Seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the face of a busy local glass shop. This Customer Service role involves greeting customers, scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, providing estimates, and handling basic clerical tasks. You'll also coordinate with technicians to keep things running smoothly and ensure the front office stays organized and welcoming. Seeking those with strong receptionist and customer service skills to run this busy front office.
Job Requirements: Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience is required. Must be comfortable working with the general public and proficient with office software.
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
