Youll direct people to the right tasks, confirm paperwork is complete, and help keep materials moving so production doesnt stop. This is a hands-on leadership role expect to be on a forklift and leading by example. Guide the team on trailer unloading, material staging, and greens truck processing Monitor inbound delivery schedules and pivot the team as needed Complete or review receiving paperwork for accuracy Train and coach other receiving team members Help prioritize receiving based on production needs Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other leads What You Need Current forklift experience or certification (required) Strong leadership skills team lead or supervisor experience preferred Ability to communicate clearly with drivers, managers, and team members Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Organized, safety-minded, and dependable Work Habits Lead by example on time, organized, and focused Keep receiving running efficiently Ensure paperwork and tasks are completed accurately Equal Opportunity At Cascade Coffee, we value diversity and inclusion.
